Casa Manu on Bom Gourmet

Bom Gourmet recently published an article about a new moment in my journey with the creation of Casa Manu. The piece draws a direct connection between paths that have been built over many years and the desire to bring care, attention to detail, and conscious choices beyond the kitchen, into everyday life and the home.

Throughout the article, Casa Manu appears as a natural extension of everything that has always been present in my work: respect for process, appreciation of time, and attention to materials and to the small decisions that shape daily life. It is a project born less from a single idea and more from a collection of experiences, learnings, and observations gathered over time.

The story also speaks about routine — about how the home is a living, ever-changing space, and how the habits we create there reflect the way we relate to the world. Casa Manu emerges from this focus on the everyday, on what is repeated daily but often goes unnoticed.

This moment represents an important shift in my journey, but not a break. It is a continuation. A way of expanding the care that has always been part of my work in gastronomy into other spaces, gestures, and choices. A movement made calmly, without rush, respecting the time of ideas and people.

Seeing this story told by a publication like Bom Gourmet is meaningful, as it helps contextualize this process and record this phase with clarity and sensitivity. More than presenting a project, the article captures a journey, an intention, and a way of looking at life that has been built gradually.

I’m grateful to Bom Gourmet for the space and for the thoughtful approach.
