The past few days in Milan were filled with celebration, encounters, and inspiration.
Taking part once again in The Best Chef Awards and being among the best chefs in the world is an immense joy and a powerful reminder that gastronomy is built on community.
Standing side by side with professionals I admire, sharing ideas, laughing, learning, and exchanging experiences is what makes it all so special.
More than an award, this moment represents connection and purpose: sitting around the table to share what we believe in and what we build together.
None of this would be possible without my team in Curitiba. Their strength, energy, and dedication allow me to be here, representing what we collectively create with love and respect for both ingredients and people.
I return home with my heart full and an even greater desire to cook, to open paths, and to keep growing alongside those I admire, always carrying the flavor and soul of Brazilian gastronomy to the world.
